This is a building constructed in the late nineteenth century and included in the Catalogue of Listed Buildings in Madrid. Located in the Las Letras neighbourhood, its façade and staircases with skylights are a stunning example of Madrid’s historic architecture. The enhancement of its original architecture, as well as the luxury and exclusivity demanded by properties in the heart of the capital, were the cornerstones on which ARVO Arquitectura performed the intervention on this spectacular building promoted by Engel & Völkers.
The renderings of this residential building focused on the fundamental parts. On the one hand, they showed the restoration and cleaning of the historical façade and its surroundings. On the other, they reflected the exclusive character of the properties, with spacious and airy spaces exquisitely decorated with premium materials. We placed particular attention on the marble floors in the bathrooms and kitchens, and on the oak flooring arranged in chevrons with chamfered edges. One of the standout 3D property renderings was that of the roof, which takes advantage of the visible wooden truss framework and provides some stunning spaces.
